DRY AND AGING SKIN
Use products that seal moisture into skin- mineral oil, chamomile oil, & Aloe Vera.
OILY SKIN
Avoid "fatted" soaps - opt for natural soaps with oatmeal, or cucumber.
SENSITIVE SKIN
Seek out products that are hypoallergenic
(free from known irritating chemicals, perfumes, and dyes). A few cups of oatmeal in the bath can soothe itchy skin
NORMAL SKIN
Requires a delicate balance between scrubbing away dead skin cells and sealing in moisture. Decide whether the T-zone area - forehead, nose, and chin-tends toward oiliness or dryness; there are product labelled both "normal to oily" & normal to dry"
BODY ENERGIZER
Pour into a bath any on of several essential oils that give th sing and brain a buzz; ginseng, peppermint, and eucalyptus are favourites.
BODY INVIGORATOR
An invigorating bath needn't be cold-blue ending with a cold splash, it can be a restorative, particularly in cold weather. It helps retain body heat. herbs include; clove, rosemary, spruce, juniper, lemon and peppermint
STRESS RELIEVER
For a traditional herb-soak bath, take a teaspoonful each of rosemary, basil, dill, mint, thyme, sage and chamomile, tie them up in a cheesecloth bag, & suspend the bag under the tap while water is running. Alternatively try: Vanilla, nutmeg and orange

Place a half cup of bay leaves in just-boiled water, soak for 20mins. Remove leaves and pour liquid into a warm bath and soak for 15 minutes. |
